Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 3/4 cup frozen berries defrosted or 3/4 cup fresh berries pureed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- additional toppings optional
Directions
1. combine ingredients, let sit over night. Optional toppings: coco nibs, coconut flakes, or roasted nuts.
