Basil Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, peeled, cored and mashed
- ½ orange, juice only
- ¼ tbsp salt
- black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
Suggestion
Serve it as spread to Mexican dishes like quesadilla, rice and beans, or on top of whole wheat bread.
