On Page 27: Title:  National Diabetes Prevention Program: What you need to Know

The National DPP Lifestyle Change program is a 1 year  program, not 2 as the article stated. 
There is no 2nd year of the National DPP program and any wording relating to the 2nd year is incorrect.
 
On page 29: Title: Wisconsin Partners Building Infrastructure to Sustain Diabetes Prevention Program

A key component of the National DPP is a structured, evidenced-based, year-long lifestyle change program consisting of at least 16 sessions in months 1-6 and 6 sessions in months 7-12. 
The program is not 16 sessions in first 12 months and 12 sessions in year two as the article stated.
There is no 2nd year of the National DPP program.
