Food Fitness First, Inc. is a website designed by Registered Dietitians Pam Thompson and Nancy Walker. They have developed a teaching guide called The Food Spiral. The Food Spiral has been designed to showcase good nutrition guidelines for a healthy population and disease prevention, as well as Diabetes Management with the Diabetes Food Spiral or Carb Counting with the Carb Counting Food Spiral. We also have developed the Renal Diabetes Food Spiral for those with renal disease and diabetes. We sell the license to use the program and web-site for one year. We provide: education/training to educators on how to use the Food Spiral program. We provide materials for educating consumers and a teaching guide, as well as power point presentations. This annual fee also includes use of the website for one year. Additional individuals instructors will incur an additional cost. Class (consumers) participants can pay 9.99/month to access the app and website for one year as well - additional information for the consumer: menus, fast food and grocery store information, etc.
