Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup frozen berries defrosted or 3/4 cup fresh berries pureed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • additional toppings optional

Directions

1. combine ingredients, let sit over night. Optional toppings: coco nibs, coconut flakes, or roasted nuts.
