Berry Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • Optional: artificial sweetener

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Serve it cold.
