Presenter:   Angelique Crandall MS, RDN, CDE

Presenter Bio:

Angelique is a Certified Diabetes Educator and holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. She is currently the Nutrition Coordinator for the preventive health clinic at Sandia National Labs, which employs more than 10K people. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Western States in their Masters of Nutrition and Functional Medicine program. She has worked in pediatric cardiology and in integrative medicine and before transitioning into the nutrition field, she worked in the fitness industry as a trainer and instructor. Having dealt with her own GI and Autoimmune issues, she is extremely passionate about gut health and enjoys learning, teaching and speaking on the topic, every chance she gets.

Objectives:

  3. To apply practical dietary strategies for improving overall gut health and inflammatory disease processes
