Freezer Meatballs
Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground turkey
2 large eggs, beaten
¾ whole grain bread crumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves minced garlic*
½ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon black pepper
*fresh is going to provide the best flavor, but feel
free to use 1 teaspoon of the jarred variety
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together thoroughly with your hands
3. Roll into 40 meatballs
4. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes or until cooked throughout
5. Allow meatballs to cool to room temperature
6. Place them on a large baking sheets and put in freezer for one hour
7. Transfer to freezer bags for storage
