Garlic Beet Hummus

  • 1 can beets drained
  • 1 can chickpeas drained
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Drain the liquid from the can of beets and the can of chickpeas
  2. Add in all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth
  3. Transfer to airtight container and keep in fridge for up to 1 week
  4. Enjoy!
