To open the PDF files, you need the free program Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is available at:

- At the top left, click computer disc icon (far right).
- A Save a Copy menu pops up. Then Save to location you will remember, i.e. desktop, drive C.
If you find you encounter problems downloading the documents try the following options.
- Ensure that you have the most recent edition of Adobe® Reader®. You can download it on the Adobe site.
- You may need to restart you computer and then try to download the document again.
