Grilled Pear, Brie, & Walnut Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 2 fresh pears
- 4 10" 90 calorie whole wheat quesadillas (>10 grams fiber)
- 4 oz brie, sliced very thinly
- 4 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Slice pears in 1/8” thick slices.
Grill pear slices until translucent
Arrange 1 ounce of brie on ½ of each tortilla
Top brie with ¼ of the grilled pear slices
Top pears with 1 tablespoon walnuts and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Fold tortilla, and grill each side to warm
