MS in Diabetes Education and Management
This fall Teachers College Columbia University is launching its Master of Science in Diabetes Education and Management. It is an interdisciplinary program, open to anyone who is eligible for the CDE. This 36-credit Masters program is entirely online and includes five core diabetes courses along with courses in health behavior, education, and more. For more information, visit www.tc.edu/diabetes..
ABCs of Diabetes Education
ABCs of Diabetes Education is a self-paced, six-module online, knowledge-based course that focuses on the essential knowledge and skills needed by non-diabetes educator clinicians who want to enhance their ability to work with diabetes patients. Entry-level nurses, dietitians, and generalist pharmacists should consider this interactive course as one of the first steps toward becoming a diabetes educator.
Discounted AADE member price is $295, non-member price is $345. A statement of credit will be issued immediately upon successful completion of the course.
