Ingredients:
- 1 cup white rice dry, rinsed
- 4 cup water
- 1 tbsp orange peel zest
- 6 ½ oz evaporated milk, non fat/skim
- 8 tsp sugar substitute (sucralose - Splenda - or other favorite)
- ½ cup milk, non fat
- 1 tbsp raisins, seedless
- 4 tsp cinnamon, ground (2 tsp to garnish)
Directions:

Cook the rice with the water and the orange peel.

When the rice is cooked, add the evaporated milk, the sweetener, the non fat milk and 2 tsp cinnanmon.

Add the raisins.

Boil for 15 minutes and remove from the heat.

Let it cool down to serve.
Makes 6 servings.
