Ingredients:
- 4 cups of greens (mix lettuce with darker green leaves), torn into bite-size pieces
- ½ cup of sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 can of mandarin oranges in light syrup (15 oz), drained
- 8 oz of fresh mozzarella balls (conserved in water)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (can be one seasoned with basil or garlic)
