Skewered Fruits

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into 1 inch thick chunks
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, cut into 1 inch thick chunks
  • 1 cup watermelon, cut into 1 inch thick chunks
  • 1 cup of strawberries, whole
  • 1 tbsp canola oil

     

Directions:

 
  1. Prepare all fruits by threading them alternately on the skewers.
  2. Brush the grill with canola oil, place skewers on the grill, and grill skewers lightly.
