Ingredients:
- 6 cups of fresh or canned tomatoes (no salt added), chopped
- 1/3 cup onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup green bell peppers, chopped
- 1/3 cup red bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- cilantro, chopped, to taste
- garlic, chopped, to taste
- hot peppers or drained canned green chile peppers, to taste
Directions:
- Place in a large bowl and mix together.
- Pour into a blender and blend on low until mixed.
- Serve cold.
