Program Overview: Ever feel frustrated that your clients with diabetes sometimes-- or often-- don’t follow your recommendations? Wouldn’t you like to feel more successful and satisfied in these interactions? If you answered yes to either of these questions, this workshop is for you. In this interactive program, you will learn more about the psychological side of diabetes and will come away with concrete behavioral strategies that can help your clients to more easily make and maintain positive behavior change. Come and learn how you can integrate effective behavioral interventions into your sessions. Making healthy lifestyle changes in diabetes-- it doesn’t have to be so difficult, not for you or for your clients. Honest!
