In addition, he is on the Endocrinology staff at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Canola Info and Heart Health- Leah Gillingham PhD (c), M.Sc. Ms Gillingham is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from the University of Manitoba in the Department of Human Nutritional Sciences. Her doctoral research is focused on the effects of monounsaturated fatty acids and omega-3 fatty acids on established and emerging risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
