Diabetes and Obesity: Building Collaborative Practices
WM/DCE Symposium 2009 Audio Tapes

Not able to attend the WM/DCE Joint Symposium: Diabetes and Obesity: Building Collaborative Practices, this year?

We recorded the professional sessions and they're available NOW!

Program Overview:
Diabetes and obesity have been recognized as public health concerns occurring in epidemic proportions throughout the US and world. Despite growing evidence that lifestyle changes can reduce the risk for developing costly complications, significant gaps exist between evidence-based interventions and standard treatments. This symposium is a collaborative effort of two of the largest dietetic practice groups of the American Dietetic Association planned to focus on these two distinct but closely related health conditions. Faculty will describe emerging science and trends and provide insights and innovative solutions for improving patient outcomes and risk factor reduction.

In order to obtain CPE hours from CDR for listening to the symposium recordings, you must be part of a self-study group of 3 or more people. Share the savings by inviting your colleagues to join in listening to this valuable information on audio CD and get CPEs.

4 reasons to order your copy now:

  1. Obtain CPE units for each of the recorded sessions by listening with a group of at least 3 people. The entire recorded conference provides 17 CPE units.
  2. The multi-media CD-ROM also includes the program handouts in pdf format.
